Tell us what you need
Fill in a short intake form — subject, level, schedule, location, and budget. It takes under 2 minutes.

Get matched with verified providers
Gotong surfaces vetted tutors and providers who match your requirements. Every provider is KYC-verified. MOE-registered tutors display their credentials.
- 03
Review proposals and agree terms
Shortlisted providers submit proposals with milestones and pricing. You review, negotiate if needed, and accept when ready.

Pay securely into escrow
Once you accept a proposal, funds are held by Stripe Connect (SG marketplace) — not by Gotong. Your money stays protected until you approve the work.
- 05
Approve milestones, release payment
The provider completes each milestone and submits for review. You approve, funds are released. If something's wrong, open a dispute — we'll mediate.

Leave a review
After the final milestone, both sides leave reviews. Ratings build the trust layer that helps every parent and provider make better decisions.
