Review quotes and agree terms
Shortlisted providers send quotes with milestones and pricing. You review, negotiate if needed, and accept when ready.

Pay securely — your funds are protected
Once you accept a quote, funds are held securely by our licensed payment partner — not by Gotong. Your money stays protected until you approve the work.

Approve milestones, release payment
The provider completes each milestone and submits for review. You approve, funds are released. If something's wrong, open a dispute — we'll mediate.

Leave a review
After the final milestone, both sides leave reviews. Ratings build the trust layer that helps every parent and provider make better decisions.
