Every verified provider on Gotong has been reviewed by our compliance team.
Submit documents
Providers submit identity (NRIC for individuals) or business registration documents (ACRA BizFile for companies and sole proprietors) through the secure onboarding wizard.
Compliance review
Our compliance team reviews submitted documents within 3–5 business days. We check identity, professional qualifications (MOE registration for tutors, where applicable), and business validity.
Verified badge issued
Once approved, the provider receives a Verified badge displayed prominently on their profile and in search results. Verified providers unlock full payout capabilities.
Verification statuses
Provider has registered but not submitted documents yet.
Documents submitted and under review.
Identity and qualifications confirmed by Gotong.
Verification was unsuccessful — provider may reapply with corrected documents.
