This includes name, email, payment method details (tokenised via Stripe Payments (SG rails) — we never store raw card data), and identity documents submitted for verification.

We use your information to operate the platform, verify your identity, process payments via Stripe Connect (SG marketplace), send notifications about your projects and contracts, and improve our services.
3. Data sharing
We share necessary information with our payment processor (Stripe for Singapore transactions) and identity verification providers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Data retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your account and up to 7 years after closure for compliance purposes. Identity verification documents are retained per our compliance obligations.
5. Your rights
