No subscriptions. No listing fees. Gotong takes a 10% platform fee only when a milestone is successfully completed and approved.

How funds are held

Funds are held by Stripe Connect (SG marketplace) — not by Gotong.
Gotong never custodies money. We are an orchestrator, not a payment institution.
Provider payouts go directly to their Stripe Connected Account after approval.
Buyers are charged via Stripe Payments (SG rails): card, PayNow, or GrabPay.
Refunds on disputed milestones are returned to the buyer's original payment method.
